No use of V-Legal marks was found in the circulation / transportation of raw materials from logging sites, raw materials in industrial locations, and UD Mardiana’s products. In accordance with the Standards and Guidelines for Implementing the Timber Legality Verification Assessment, this violates the indicators 3.3.1. Implementation of V-Legal Signs
Other findings:

UD Mardiana’s production permit capacity according to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry is below 6000 m3 / year, but in implementing Timber Legality Certification, PT Sucofindo uses standards and guidelines for implementing timber legality verification assessment attachment 2.5 Standard for Timber Legality Verification for IUIPHHK Holders Capacity> 6000 m3 / year and IUI with an investment value of> 500 Million.
